OUR FOUNDER TEAM

LEA is a family owned, employee lead, customer focused company. Our three founders are brothers who enjoy spending time together, primarily through sarcastic insults thrown towards one another.

MacAdam Lea

Founder & CEO

MacAdam Lea

After working 8 years for a successful digital marketing company, MacAdam was at lunch with his family when his siblings asked “what would it take to start our own?”. Many meetings later and here we are! Driven by a need to make customers money and a fear of letting his co-founder’s down, MacAdam loves Dark Souls and cats and his wife/business partner Dori.

Nolan Bartlow

Founder & CMO

Nolan Bartlow

As a nuclear engineer, farmer, and father of two toddlers, Nolan was seeking to slash his free time even further when he asked his brother-in-law, “What would it take to start our own business?” Before long, a company was founded, a logo was drawn, and the team began providing services to its first client. Today, Nolan leads business development at LEA. In his scant free time, Nolan enjoys reading, wrestling with his sons for exercise, and preparing the house for baby number three (due to arrive in September 2023).

Dori Lea

Marketing Director

Dori Lea

Dori started out playing peewee soccer with a girl in her town when she was seven. 20 years later, Dori is married to that girl's brother and is enthusiastically running the marketing department in a company that would harshly suffer without her expertise. In her off time Dori can be found trying to get her dog to behave and trying to build her own Tardis.
